ORDINANCE NO. NS-3?[~ AJ~EifDING ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 1, PART <br />2 OF THE SANTA ANA ~JNICIPAL CODE TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO <br />BE NUMBERED 9250.1. FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES <br /> <br />~WHEREAS, the Planning Cormnission gave nc~ ice of and regularly <br /> <br />held a public hearing on the adoption of a new section, as hereinbelow <br /> <br />set out, and recommended to said City Council the adoption of said <br />amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing, on <br /> <br />notice, on the question of the adoption of said new section and now <br /> <br />finds that the public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience, <br /> <br />interest and welfare require the following amendment to provide setback <br /> <br />lines under the new title of Future Right of Way Lines. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the Santa Ana [~unicipal Code is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding a new section thereto~ immediately following Section 9250, <br /> <br />in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 9250.1. Puture Right of Way Lines. <br /> <br /> There are hereby established s~d re-established lines to <br />be known as Future Right of Way Lines along certain streets <br />and portions of streets in the City~ which Future Right of <br />Way Lines are in the nature of Setback Lines, and to which <br />Future Right of Way Lines all of the provisions of this part <br />relating to Setback Lines shall apply. When any Future Right <br />of Way Line has been established along any street, no person <br />shall erect any building, wall, fence, sig~ or structure or <br />thing between said Future Right of Way Line and the street <br />along which it has been established, except that a fence not <br />exceeding 4 feet in height, as permitted elsewhere in this <br />part, is permitted. <br /> <br /> The Future Right of Way Line established hereunder, 'and <br />the locations describing the same shall be added to this part <br />and separately designated by letters and numbers as a part of <br />and an amendment to this Section. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
