ORDINANCE NO. NS-380 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION 0F THAT CERTAIN TERRITORY--~SIGNATED "HARBOR AND TALBERT N. E. ANNEX" ~tEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, on May 18, 1959, declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory by Resolution No. 59-122, which said Resolution was regu- larly published as required by law, and gave due notice of a public hearing to be held July 6, 1959, whiCh said hearing was regularly held; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES 0RDAINAS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That after due hearing it finds there was no pro- test to the annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of the time m~d place of hearing was given; that said terri- tory was uninhabited at the time Resolution No. 59-122 was adopted initiating this procedure; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha and that said territory shall not be taxed to pay any indebtedness of the City existing at the time of this annexation. SECTION 2. That all of the territor~y situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at ~he intersection of the westerly exterior boundary of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha, with the South line of Talbert Avenue, said south line being 25.00 feet, southeasterly, measured at right angles, f~om the center line of said T~ bert Avenue, said point of intersection being an angle point in the City boundary of the City of Sm ta Aha, California, running thence North 55° 25' 45" East along said South line of Talbert Avenue to the beginning of a tan- gent curve concave southerly having a radius of 1,056.28 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve through a centr~ angle of 33© 00' 00" to a t~gent line; thence North 88° 25' 45" East 247.98 feet; thence North 0° 54' 15" West 250.00 feet; thence South 88° 46' 15" West in a straight line to a point 440.00 feet easterly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Harbor Blvd., said point being on sail Santa Aha City Boundary; thence southerly along said City boundary to the South line of said Talbert Avenue, and to an angle point in said City boundary; thence easterly along said South line of Talbert Avenue and along~said City boundary to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of the city of Santa Ana, the Santa Ana School District, the Santa Aha High School District, and the Santa Aha Junior College District, and said
