That Sectional District Nap lO-5-10, Exhibit A, is <br />hereby amended to reclassify from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK, <br />C-2-PK, and M-1 Districts property on the South side of Westminster <br />Avenue between Harbor Boulevard and Clinton Street, and between Berry- <br />dale Street and a point 1305 feet West of the center line of Berrydale <br />on the East side of Harbor Boulevard between Westminster Avenue aud <br />Bolsa Avenue along both sides of Fifth Street between Harbor Boulevard <br />and the Sa~ ta Aha River, and along the North side of Bolsa Avenue be- <br />tween Harbor Boulevard and the S~ta Ana River, in accordance with <br />Amendment Application No. 271 initiated by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. That Sectional District Map 15-5-10, Exhibit A, is <br />hereby adopted to reclassify from R-1 District to the C-2-PK District, <br />property along the East side of Harbor Boulevard between Sugar Avenue <br />and Bolsa Avenue, and along the South side of Bolsa Avenue between <br />Harbor Boulevard and the S~uta Ana River, in accordance with Amendment <br />Application No. 2?2 initiated by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6. That Sectional District Map 16-5-10, Exhibits A and <br />B, is hereby adopted and amended to reclassify from the R-1 District <br />to the C-2-PK District, property on the West side of Harbor Boulevard <br />between Sugar Avenue ~nd Bolsa Avenue, in accord~ce with Amendment <br />Application No. 273 initiated by the Planning Commission, and to re- <br />classify from the R-1 District to the C-l-?K District, property on the <br />East side of Verano Street between the North line of Smeltzer Avenue <br />and a point approximately 623 feet North of the center line of Smeltzer <br />Avenue to a depth of approximately 520 feet East of the center line of <br />Verano Avenue, in accordance with Amended Application No. 275, filed <br />by the Lehnhardt Corporation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7.
