ORDINANCE NO. NS-353 ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES ALONG <br />PORTIONS OF LEH---N~ AVENUE, VERANO STREET, AND SMELTZER <br />AVENUE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE ~ TY 0F SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That after recommendation by the Planning Commis- <br /> <br />sion, and public hearing, on notice, it finds and declares that the <br /> <br />public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience, interest and <br /> <br />welfare require, and there is hePeby established, setback lines as <br /> <br />hereinbelow set out, all in accordance wi th no~ice contained in <br /> <br />Resolution No. 59-156. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That new subparagraphs (w), (x), and (y) are here- <br /> <br />by added to Section 9250 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(w) <br /> <br />Lehnhardt Avenue, on the South side, between the East <br />line of Verano Street, and a point 520 feet East of <br />the surveyed center line of Verano Street, 55 feet from <br />the surveyed center line of Lehnhardt Avenue, measured <br />at right angles. <br /> <br />(x) <br /> <br />Verano Street, on the East side, between the Somth line <br />of proposed Lehnhardt Avenue and a point 210 feet North <br />of the center line of Smeltzer Avenue, ll0 feet from the <br />surveyed center line of Verano Street, measured at right <br />angles. <br /> <br />Smeltzer Avenue, on the North side, between a point 207 <br />feet East of the surveyed center line of Verano Street <br />and a point 520 feet East of the surveyed center line <br />of Verano Street, 120 feet from the surveyed center line <br />of Smeltzer Avenue, measured at right angles. <br /> <br />SECTION 3- This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from <br /> <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED ~ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />· ~L~RK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
