ORDINANCE NO. NS-387 AMENDING SECTION 9250 OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL COD~ REPEALING PARTS THEREOF, WHICH SAID <br />PARTS HAVE HEEN SUPERSEDED BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FUTURE <br />RIGHT OF WAY LINES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on recommendation of the Planning Commission the City <br />Council has established future right of way lines along certain <br />streets heretofore covered by setback lines, and to remove the dupli- <br />cation resulting therefzom, have recommended to the C~y Council <br />that portions of Section 9250 be repealed, as hereinbelow set out; <br />and <br /> <br /> W}iEREAS, the City Council agrees with the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That subparagraph (c) and subparagraph (1) of <br />Section 9250 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be and the same are <br /> <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That subparagraph (d) <br />Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br /> <br /> (d) <br /> <br />of Section 9250 of the Santa <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />West Seventeenth Street, on the North side from Bristol <br />Street West to a point 138.71 feet East of the surveyed <br />center line of Aloha Street, the setback line shall be <br />140 feet North of the surveyed center line of West Seven- <br />teenth Street, measured at right angles, except that on <br />the North side from Bristol Street to Baker Street the <br />setback line shall be 60 feet No~th of the surveyed <br />center line of West Seventeenth Street, measured at <br />right angles. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
