ORDINANCE NO. NS-390 ESTABLISHING RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF FIFTH STREET, McCLAY STREMT, AND GRAND AVENUE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after public hearing, it finds and declares that the public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience, interest and welfare require, and there are hereby established, setback lines under the title of "Future Right of Way Lines!',as he re inbelow set out, all in accordance with Resolution No. 59-157. SECTION 2. That Section 9250.1 of the Sauta Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be designated (d) and (e), in words and figures as follows: (d) Fifth Street, on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard and Western Avenue, 42 feet from the surveyed center line, measured at right angles. (e) McCl~ Street and Grand Avenu~, from Santa Clara Avenue to Delhi Hoad, as follows: 1. On both sides, ~2 feet from the surveyed center line between Santa Clara Avenue and Seventeenth Street. 2. On the West side, 35 feet from the surveyed center line between Fourth and First Streets. 3. On the East side, 45 feet from the surveyed center line between Fo~z~th and EtPs~t. Streets. 4. On both sides, 42 feet from the surveyed center line between First a~d Chestnut Streets. '5. On the West side, 30 feet from the surveyed center line between Chestnut and Mcfadden Streets. 6. On the East side, 54 feet from the surveyed center line between Chestnut and Mcfadden Streets. 7' On both sides, 42 feet from the surveyed center line between Mcfadden Street and Delhi Road. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from Md after the date of its adoption.
