ORDINANCE NO. NS-392 ANENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHAN~E DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 277, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT ~AP 23-5-10, EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 277 initiated by <br />said Com~ission to change the district classification of certain <br />property and to amend Sectional District Map 23-5-10, Exhibit B; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and duly held a <br />public hearing on said questions of changing district classification <br />and amending said Sectional District Map to show said changes, and <br />does now find that public necessity, convenience and general wel- <br />fare require the following amendment, and that the uses under the <br />new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Sectional District Map 23-5-10, Exhibit B, <br /> <br />is hereby amended to show the reclassification hereinbelow ordained. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That the real property int he City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, hereinbelow bounded is hereby <br />reclassified as indicated after the description of the boundaries <br />next hereinbelow set out: <br /> <br /> (a) Area bounded by Edinger Street, Greenville Street, <br /> Center Street, and the easterly extension of Occidental <br /> Street, from the R-1 District to the R-2 snd C-1-PK <br /> Districts. <br /> <br /> (b) The northeast corner of the intersection of Glenwood <br /> Place and Greenville Street (Approximately 520 feet <br /> by ll00 feet), from the C-1 District to the R-1 District. <br /> <br /> (c) Properties fronting on the west side of Greenville <br /> Street, between Edinger Street and a point 150 feet <br /> south of the center line of Occidental Street, from <br /> the R-1 District to the R-2 and C-1-PK Districts. <br /> <br /> (d) Properties fronting on the south side of Edinger <br /> Street, to between the east line of Tract 2511 and <br /> Greenville Street, from the R-1 District to the R-2 <br /> and C-1-PK Districts. <br /> <br /> (e) Properties fronting on the north side of Edinger Street <br /> between Sullivan Street and a point 270 feet east of <br /> the center line of Gordon Place, from the R-1 District <br /> to the C-1-PK District, <br /> <br /> <br />
