ORDINANCE NO. ~NS%393 AMENDING ARTICLE <br /> <br />IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL CODE--~ANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS ON AMEND- <br />MENT APPLICATION NO. 276 AND TO A~END SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAP 22-5-10, EXHIBIT C <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with a change of district classi- <br />fication herein set out as initiated by the Planning Commission, and <br />the amendment of Sectional District Map 22-5-10, Exhibit C, to re- <br />classify property generally fronting on the north side of Edinger <br />Street, between Clinton Street and Sullivan Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has regularly held a public hearing <br />on notice on the question of said change in district classification <br />and amendment of said Sectional District Nap, and does now find that <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the follow- <br />ing amendments and that the uses under the new classifications will <br />not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County Of Orange, State of California, bounded by the easterly ex- <br />tension of Smeltzer Avenue, Harbor Boulevard, Delhi Road, and a line <br />extended generally in a southerly direction from Sullivan Street to <br />Greenville Street is hereby reclassified from R-1 District to ~e <br />R-2 and C-1-PK Districts, and that Sectional District Map 22-5-10, <br />Exhibit C, is hereby amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
