ORDINANCE NO. NS-394 ADOPTINGSEOTIONAL DISTRICT MAPS <br />NUMBERS 6-5-9, EXHIBIT A, ll-5-10, EXHIBIT A, 26-5-10, <br />EXHIBIT A, 27-5-10, EXHIBIT A, 36-~-10, EXHIBIT A, AND <br />REPEALING SUPERSEDED DISTRIOTINe M~S <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission regularly held a public hear- <br />ing on notice, July 13, 1959, on the adoption of the Sectional District <br />Maps herein designated, snd the repeal of superseded DistrictinE ~aps, <br />and recommended said adoption and repeal; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing, on <br />notice, and has determined the necessity for the adoption of said <br />Sectional District Maps and the repeal of the superseded Districting <br />Maps, in accordance with the adopted policy of providing maps divid- <br />ing the City into districts of approximately one square mile each, to <br />providei more useable and readable maps to show the zoning districts <br />of the City, which Sectional District Maps effect no change in dist- <br />rict classifications, but do provide district boundaries by realign- <br />ing the sa~ne along property lines ~ere such boundaries heretofore <br />approximately followed property lines as prescribed by Section 9203 <br />(a) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Sectional District Mapa 6-5-9, Exhibit A, <br />ll-%-10, Exhibit A, 26-5-10, Exhibit A, 27-5-10, Exhibit A, and <br />36-~-10, Exhibit A~ are hereby adopted to show the districting regu- <br />lations in the areas affected thereby, and to modify certain boundary <br />lines to confoEn the same to property lines. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That Districting Maps l, 5, 12, 23, 24, 28, 59, <br /> <br />64, <br /> <br />Maps are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take <br /> <br />after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />66, 67, and 68, and the portions of Districting Maps 2, 8, 25, <br />27, and 62 covered by the adoption of said Sectional District <br /> <br />effect 30 days from and <br /> <br /> <br />
