ORDINANCE NO. NS-396 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMEND- <br />NENT APPLICATION NO. 279 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAPS I5-5-10, F~Z~IBIT B, ~D 16-5-10, EXHIBIT C <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with a change of District classi- <br />fications and has recommended to the City Council the changes herein- <br />below set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />the question of said change on August 17, 195~, and does now find <br />that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the <br />following amendments, and that the uses under the new classifications <br /> <br />will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> CQUNCIL <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY/OF THE ~ITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property fronting on Harbor Boule- <br />vard to a depth of 330 feet measured East and West of and at right <br />angles to the surveyed center line of Harbor Boulevard between Sugar <br />Avenue and the South City Ltmit~ is hereby reclassified from the <br />R-1 District to the C-2-PK District; that property bounded on the <br />South by the South City Limits, on the West by a line 1320 feet <br />West of the center line of Harbor Boulevard, on t he North by a line <br />1,000 feet North of the South City Limits; and a parcel bounded on <br />the South by a line 1, O00 feet North of the South City Limits, on <br />the West by a line 660 feet West of the center line of Harbor Boule- <br />vard, on the North by Sugar Avenue, and on the East by a line 330 <br />feet West of the center line of Harbor Boulevard; and a parcel <br />bounded on the South by the South City Limits, on the West by a line <br />330 feet West of the center line of Harbor Boulevard, on the North <br />by Sugar Avenue, on the East by a line 1650 feet East of the center <br />line of Harbor Boulevard to a line 660 feet North of the South City <br />Limits, at which point said parcel is bounded on the South by said <br />line 660 feet North of the South City Limits to a point 1350 feet <br />East of the center line of Harbor Boulevard, and it is further <br />bounded on the East by a line at right angles to the last mentioned <br /> <br /> <br />
