ORDINANCE NO. NS-hO4 Ai~L~I~DING ARTICLE IX OF THE SJ~TA ANA <br />~UNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON ANIEND- <br />MENT APPLICATION NO. 283 ~aND TO ANEND SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />~AP 6-5-9, EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> WiTEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with the change in District <br />Classification ?~erein set out, and the mnendment of Sectional District <br /> <br />Map 6-5-9, Exhibit B, to reclassify property on the East side of <br />North Mafu Street, 129 feet North of Owens Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Comncil has regularly held a public hearing <br />on said questions and does now find ~hat public necessity, conven- <br />ience and general welfare require the following amendments, and that <br />the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to <br />the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, situated on the East side <br />of Main Street, bounded on the South by a line 129 feet North of <br />the center line of Owens Drive, bounded on the North by a line 279 <br />feet North of the center line of Owens Drive and bounded on the <br />East by a line parallel ~o and 180 feet from the sttrveyed center <br />line of ~_~ain Street, and on the West by Main Street, is hereby re- <br />classified from the R-1 District to the C-2-PK District, and Sec- <br />tional District Map 6-5-9, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adopted <br />to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
