ORDINANCE NO. NS-hO4 Ai~L~I~DING ARTICLE IX OF THE SJ~TA ANA ~UNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON ANIEND- MENT APPLICATION NO. 283 ~aND TO ANEND SECTIONAL DISTRICT ~AP 6-5-9, EXHIBIT B WiTEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing in connection with the change in District Classification ?~erein set out, and the mnendment of Sectional District Map 6-5-9, Exhibit B, to reclassify property on the East side of North Mafu Street, 129 feet North of Owens Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Comncil has regularly held a public hearing on said questions and does now find ~hat public necessity, conven- ience and general welfare require the following amendments, and that the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, situated on the East side of Main Street, bounded on the South by a line 129 feet North of the center line of Owens Drive, bounded on the North by a line 279 feet North of the center line of Owens Drive and bounded on the East by a line parallel ~o and 180 feet from the sttrveyed center line of ~_~ain Street, and on the West by Main Street, is hereby re- classified from the R-1 District to the C-2-PK District, and Sec- tional District Map 6-5-9, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adopted to show said reclassification. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
