ORDINANCE NO. NS-h0~ Ai~NDING ARTICLE IX OF THE S~NTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMEND- <br />~.~ENT APPLICATION NO. 285 AND TO A~ND SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />NAP 10-Z-lO, EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing in connection with the changes herein set out; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has regularly held a public hearing <br /> <br />on notice on the question of the chauge in District Classification <br />and Amendment to ~ap, and does now find that public necessity, con- <br />venience and general welfare require the following amendment, and <br />that the uses under the new classtftcation will not be detrimental <br />to the surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br />County of Orange, <br /> <br />That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />State of California, located on the West side of <br />Harper Street (a private street), bounded on the South by a line <br />330 feet South of the center line of Westminster Avenue, bounded on <br />the East by Harper Street, on the West by a line approximately 228 <br />feet West of Harper Street, and on the North by a line 270 feet <br />South of the center line of ~es~minster Avenue is hereby reclas- <br />sified from the C-2-PK District to the M-1 District~ and that <br />Sectional District ~ap 10-Z-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and <br />adopted to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
