ORDINANCE NO. N~O$ DECLARING THE ANNEXATION 0F THAT CERTAIN TERRITO"RY DESIGNATED "McFADDEN AND TUSTIN S.W. ANNEX" WHEREA~, the City Council o£ the City of Santa Ana did, on August 3, 1959, declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory by Resolution No. 59-205, which said Resolution was regu- larly published as required by law, end gave due notice of a public hearing to be held September 21, 1959, which said hearing was regu- larly held; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That after due hearing it finds there was no pro- test to the annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that said terri- tory was uninhabited at the time said Resolution No. 59-205wa~ adopted initiating this procedure; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana and that said territory shall not be taxed to pay any indebtedness of the City existing at the time of this annexations. SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning a t the intersection of the East line of Ritchie Street (50.00 feet wide) with the Southwesterly right-of- way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Rsdlroad, said point of intersection being an angle point in ~hat certain territory designated "McFadden and Lyon S. E. Annex", which was annexed to the City of Santa Ana by Ordinance No. NS- 312 on April 7, 1958, and running thence Northwesterly along said Southwesterly right-of-way line of said railroad and along the city boundary of the City of Santa Aha to a line parallel with and 20.00 feet Southerly (measured at right angles) from the center line of McFadden Street; thence Easterly, departing from said city boundary along said parallel line to its intersection with a line which is parallel with and 25.00 feet Westerly (measured at right angles) from the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence Southerly along said line 25.00 feet Westerly from the center line of Tustin Avenue to the Northeasterly right- of-way line of said Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly right-of-way line of said railroad to said East line of Ritchie Street; thence Southerly slong said East line to the point of be- ginning, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Smuta Ana, a~d said
