ORDINANCE NO. NS-~0? AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHAN3E DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 293 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10, EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br /> <br />duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment Application <br />No. 293, initiated by said Commission, and recommended the change in <br />District Classification hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the <br />uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the sur- <br />rounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the resl property in t he City of Sauta' <br />Ana, County of Orange, California, known as Assessor's Parcel No. <br />4-08-15, and known and numbered as 1426 North Baker Street, Santa <br />Ana, California, said lot being 1~4.~9 feet from East to West, and <br />93.46 feet from North to South, and the North line of said lot being <br />located approximately l0 feet South of the South line of Fifteenth <br />Street extended Westerly, is hereby reclassified from the R-1 <br />District to' the R-2 District, and Sectional District Map 12-~-10, <br />Exhibit B~ is hereby amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
