ORDINANCE NO. NS-~10 A~ENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE T~' CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />A~END~ENT APPLICATION NO. 28? AND TO A~END SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT ~'~P l~-5-10, EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has initiated, given notice <br />of and duly held a public hearing in connection with the amendmer~ <br />herein set out, and recommended that the same be made; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has regularly held a public hear- <br />ing on the question of said amenchnent, and does now find that public <br />necessity, convenience md general welfare require said amendment <br />and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri- <br />mental to surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CISY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Sa~ ta Ana, <br />California situated at the Northeast corner of the intersection <br />of F_aSrview Street and McFadden Avenue, being approximately 13~D feet <br />from North to South and 650 feet from East to West, is hereby <br />classified from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District and Sectional <br />Distr~ct Map l~-~-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adopted to <br />show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
