ORDINANCE NO. ll~-~d. 2 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA ~UNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />.~ENDi~tE~T APPLICATION NO. 288 AND TO AI'~,ND SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT _/AP 11-5-10, EX/{IBIT B <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission gave notice of and duly held <br />a public hearing in connection with an amendment application initiated <br />by said Commission, and recommended the change in District Classifi- <br />cation hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEPdEAS, the City Council regularly held apublic hearing on <br /> <br />said question and does now find that public i <br /> necess ty, convenience <br /> <br />and general welfare require the following amendment; and that the <br />uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surzounding pro petty; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOP~E THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of S~ta Ana, <br />County of Orange, California bounded on the North by Westminster <br />Avenue, on the East by the Santa AnaRiver Channel, on the South by <br />a line 200 feet South of a~ d parallel to the center line of Westmin- <br />ster Avenue, and on the West by Be~rydale, be reclassified from the <br />R-1 District to the C-1-PK District, and that Sectional District Map <br />ll-5-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adop~ ed to show ssi d re- <br /> <br />classification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. <br />after the date <br /> <br />THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 30 days from a~d <br /> <br />its a~ption. <br /> <br />PASSED AND AD0~ED by the City Council of the City of Smta Aha <br /> <br />on the 2n~ day of November _, 1959, the date of its regular meeting. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CI__~RK OF 2~IE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
