ORDINANCE NO. NS-~13 ~ 7 <br /> A~[END_NG ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />A~fdEND~.~NT APPLICATION NO. 289 AND TO ~,~END SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT ~AP 2-~-10, FDGiIBI~T B <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the P~lannin%Commission gave notice of and duly held <br />a public hearing in connection with an amendment application initi- <br />ated by said Commission, snd recommended the change in District <br />Classification hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City 9?~neil ~egularly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does nsv find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the <br />uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, California, bounded on the North by a line paral- <br />lel to end distant North 200 feet from the center line of Westminster <br />Avenue, on the East by the Santa Ana River Channel, on the South by <br />Westminster Avenue, and on the West by Berrydale Street, is hereby <br />reclassified from the R-1 District, to the C-1-PK District, and that <br />Sectional District ~!~p 2-5-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and <br /> <br />adopted to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
