ORDINANCE NO. NS-415 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA IFONICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION N0. 291 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 17-5-10, EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Comm~ission gave notice of and duly held <br />a public hearing in connection with an amendment mpplication initi- <br />ated by said Commission, and recommended the change in District <br />Classification hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the <br />uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, California, bounded on the North by Bolsa Avenue, <br />on the East by Verano Street, on the South by a line approximately <br />177 feet South of and parallel to the Center line of Bolsa Avenue, <br />and on t he West by a line approximately 177 feet West of m%d paral- <br />lel to the center line of Verano Street, is hereby reclassified <br />from the R-1 District to the C-1-PK District, and that Sectional <br />District Map 17-5-10, Exhibit B, is hereby amended and adopted to <br />show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
