ORDINANCE NO. NS-h16 ESTABLISHING FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />LINES ALONG HARBOR BbULEVARD AND VERAN0 AND SEVENTEENTH <br />STRk-S~TS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolutions <br />No. 59-26~ and No. 59-266, declaring its intention to establish <br />future right-of-way lines hereinbelow set out, giving notice of <br />public hea~ing to be held November 2, 19~9, regularly held said <br />hearing, and determined that said future right-of-way lines should <br />be established, as reconm~ended by the Planning Commission; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, t~e City Council of the City of S~ ta Aha <br />does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 92~0.1 of the Santa Ana ~unicipal <br />Code is hereby amended by adding thereto new sub-paragraphs, to be <br />designated (m), (n) and (o), in words and figures as followe: <br /> <br /> (m) ~arbor Boulevard <br /> <br /> On both sides, between proposed Garden Grove Freeway <br /> and proposed San Diego Freeway, measured 60 feet from <br /> and at right angles to the surveyed center line. <br /> <br /> (n) ~erano Stregt <br /> <br /> On both sides, between proposed Garden Grove Freeway <br /> and Slater Avenue, measured ~2 feet frc~ and at right <br /> angles to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> (o) Seventeenth Street - Westminster Avenue <br /> <br /> On both sides, between King and Verano Streets, meas- <br /> ured ~2 feet from and at right ~gles to the survey <br /> center line. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
