NS-~18 A~ENDING ARTICLE IX OF T3~ SANTA ANA NUNICIPAL ~0DE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDSfENT APPLICATION N0. 295~ AND TO ~d~END SECTI0~AL DISTRICT MAP 10-5-10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing in connection with .~.~nendment Application No. 29~, initiated by said Co~.Eission, and recommended the changes in district classification hereinbelow set out; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held apublic hearing on said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendments, and that the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW~ TJIE~FORE, THE CITY COUi~CIL OF THE CITY 01,~ S~iTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the parcels of real property in the City of S~nta Ana, County ~ 0rauge, Sts. te of California, bounded as follows: Parcel 1. Bounded Northwesterly by the Southeasterly right of way line of the Santa Ana River Chaunel, bounded on the East by the center line o f Berrydale Street, extended Southerly, and bounded on the South by a line par~ lel to and 100 feot norti~ of t~e North line of Tenth Street; Parcel 2. Bounded Southwesterly by the Northeasterly right of way line of the Pacific Electric Railroad, bounded Northwesterly by the Southeasterly ri~at of way line of the Santa Aha River Channel, bounded ~ort~erly by a line parallel to and South of the South boundary of Ninth Street a~proximately 6~ feet, said NoFtherly boundary being 68~ feet ~ long, to a point on the Southerly boundary of Ninth Street, u~hich is 292 feet, measured at right angles from the Northwesterly right of way line of King Street; thence Southwesterly and parallel ~th King Street 330 feet; thence Southeasterly at right angles to the Northwesterly right of way line of King Street 292 feet to said Northwesterly right of way line of King Street; thence Southwesterly along ~ae Northwesterly rig~at of w~y line of King Street to the Pacific Electric Railroad right of way.
