ORDINANCE NO. NS-~18 A~ENDING ARTICLE IX OF T3~ SANTA <br />ANA NUNICIPAL ~0DE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />AMENDSfENT APPLICATION N0. 295~ AND TO ~d~END SECTI0~AL <br />DISTRICT MAP 10-5-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br /> <br />held a public hearing in connection with .~.~nendment Application No. <br /> <br />29~, initiated by said Co~.Eission, and recommended the changes in <br /> <br />district classification hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held apublic hearing on <br /> <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br /> <br />and general welfare require the following amendments, and that the <br /> <br />uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the <br /> <br />surrounding property; <br /> <br />NOW~ TJIE~FORE, THE CITY COUi~CIL OF THE CITY 01,~ S~iTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the parcels of real property in the City of <br /> <br />S~nta Ana, County ~ 0rauge, Sts. te of California, bounded as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1. Bounded Northwesterly by the Southeasterly right <br />of way line of the Santa Ana River Chaunel, bounded on the <br />East by the center line o f Berrydale Street, extended <br />Southerly, and bounded on the South by a line par~ lel to <br />and 100 feot norti~ of t~e North line of Tenth Street; <br /> <br />Parcel 2. Bounded Southwesterly by the Northeasterly right <br />of way line of the Pacific Electric Railroad, bounded <br />Northwesterly by the Southeasterly ri~at of way line of <br />the Santa Aha River Channel, bounded ~ort~erly by a line <br />parallel to and South of the South boundary of Ninth Street <br />a~proximately 6~ feet, said NoFtherly boundary being 68~ <br />feet ~ long, to a point on the Southerly boundary of Ninth <br />Street, u~hich is 292 feet, measured at right angles from <br />the Northwesterly right of way line of King Street; thence <br />Southwesterly and parallel ~th King Street 330 feet; thence <br />Southeasterly at right angles to the Northwesterly right <br />of way line of King Street 292 feet to said Northwesterly <br />right of way line of King Street; thence Southwesterly <br />along ~ae Northwesterly rig~at of w~y line of King Street <br />to the Pacific Electric Railroad right of way. <br /> <br />Parcel ~.
