ORDINANCE NO. NS-~. ESTABLISHING S~TBAC~ LI~S ALOI.~G <br />PORTIONS OF MC _ADDEN AVEI~JE A~'D PROPOSED FAIRVIEW STREET <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That after reco~muendation by the Planning Conuaission <br />~d public hearing on notice, it finds and declares that public peace, <br />health, safety, comfort, convenience, interest and welfare require, <br />and there are hereby established, setback lines as hereinbelow set <br />out, all'~in accordance with Resolution No. ~9-283: <br /> SECTION 2. That new subparagraphs designated (z) and (aa) <br /> <br />are hereby added to Section 92~0 of the Smta Aha Municipal Code in <br />words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> (z) McFadden Avenue <br /> <br /> On the north side, between a line parallel with and 2~2 <br />feet east of the center line of proposed Fair view Street, and a line <br />parallel with and 6~0 feet east of the center line of proposed Fair- <br />view Street, 210 feet from the center line of McFadden Avenue, measur- <br />ed at right angles. <br /> <br /> (aa) Proposed..FailleE Street <br /> <br /> On the eas,3 side, between a line parallel to and a54 <br /> <br />feet north of the center line of McFadden Avenue and a line parallel <br />to and 1320 feet north of the center line of McFadden Avenue, 210 <br />feet from the center line of proposed Fairview Street, measured at <br />right angles. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3- This Ordnance shall take effect 30 days from and <br />after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED A~D ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21~t day of Deeemb~ .... , <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF' THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
