ORDINANCE NO. NS-424 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE T-~ANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMEND- <br />~ENT APPLICATION NO. 300 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL DISTRICT <br />MAP 13-5-10 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has initiated, given notice <br />of and duly helda public hearing in connection with change <br />of district classification herein set out to reclassify property <br />south of Walnut Street and west of Main Street; and <br /> <br /> W~E. REAS, the City Council has duly helda public hearing on the <br />question of said change and does now find that public interest, con- <br />venience and general welfare require the following amendment, and <br />tnat the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental <br />to surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOHE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ama <br />bounded on the north by Walnut Street, on the east by a line paral- <br />lel to and 165 feet west of the center line of Main Street, bounded <br />on the south by Bishop Street, and bounded on the west by an alley <br />~mning north and south between Birch and Broadway, is hereby re- <br />classified from the R-3 District to the P-PK District, and Sectional <br />District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
