ORDINANCE NO. NS-h26 ESTABLISHING FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES <br />ALONG WILLITS AND 'BISHOP STREET, DELHI ROAD AND CHESTNUT AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No. 59- <br />282, declaring its intention to establish future right of way lines <br />hereinbelow set out, giving notice of a public hearing to be held <br />December 7, 1959, regularly held said hearing, and determined that <br />said future right of way lines should be established, as recommended <br />by the Planning Commission; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby finds, determines and <br />declares that the public safety, health and general welfare require <br />the establishment of the building setback lines hereinbelow set out <br />and, therefore, that Section 9250.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be designated <br />(p), (q) and (r), in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> (p) Willits - Bishop Street <br /> <br /> On both sides, between proposed Fairview Street and <br /> Standard Avenue, measured 42 feet from and at right angles <br /> to the sumvey center line. <br /> <br /> (q) Delhi Road <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Harbor Boulevard and proposed <br /> Fairvtew Street, 52 feet measured from and at right angles <br /> to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> On both sides, between proposed Fairview Street m%d <br /> Rene D~ive, 59 feet measured from and at right angles to <br /> the survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the north side, between Rene Drive and Bristol Street, <br /> 52 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey <br /> center line. <br /> <br /> On the south side, between Rene Drive and Bristol Street, <br /> 60 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey <br /> center line. <br /> <br /> On the north side between Bristol Street and Standard <br /> Avenue, 40 feet measured from and at right angles to the <br /> survey center line. <br /> <br /> On the south side between Bristol Street and Standard <br /> Avenue, 54 feet measured from and at right angles to the <br /> survey center line. <br /> <br /> On both sides between Standard Avenue and proposed <br /> Newport Freeway, 52 feet measured from and at right angles <br /> to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> <br />
