ORDINANCE NO. ~ ESTABLISHING PTITURE RIGHT OF WAY <br />LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF BROADWAY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />59-300, declaring its intention to establish future right of way <br />lines herein set out, giving notice of public hearing to be held <br />January~th, 1960, regularly held said hearing and determined that <br />said future right of way lines should be established as recommended <br />by the Planning Commission; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby finds, determines <br />and declares that the public safety, health and general welfare re- <br />quire the establishment of building setback lines hereinbelow set <br />out and, therefore, that Section 9250.1 of the Ssnta Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subparagraph to be <br />designated (t), in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> (t) BROADWAY <br /> <br /> On the West side between First and Walnut Streets, 38 <br /> feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey <br /> centerline. <br /> <br /> On the East side, between First and Walnut Streets, 42 <br /> feet, measured from and at right angles to the sur~ey <br /> centerline. <br /> <br /> On both sides, between Walnut and Main Streets, 40 feet, <br /> measured from and at right angles to the survey centerline. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
