ORDINANCE NO. ~S-~2 <br />LINES ALONG PORTIONS <br />AND FRUIT STREET <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY <br />OF STANDARD AVENUE, RITCHEY STRMMT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />59-320, declaring its intention to establish street right of way <br />lines herein set out, giving notice of public hearing to be held <br />January 18, 1960, regularly ~eld said ~earing, and determined that <br />said future right of way lines should be established, as recommended <br />by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTIONal. That the City Council ~ereby finds and declares <br />that the public safety, health and general welfare require the es- <br />tablishment of building setback lines hereinbelow set out, and, <br />therefore, that Section 9250.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended by adding thereto new subparagraphs to be designated <br />(u), (v), and (w), in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> (u) Standard Avenue <br /> <br /> On both sides between First Street and Delhi Road, <br /> 40 feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey <br /> centerline. <br /> <br /> (v) Ritchey Street <br /> <br /> On both sides between ~cFadden Avenue and t~e easterly <br /> extension of Edinger Street, 42 feet, measured from and at <br /> right angles to the survey centerline. <br /> <br /> (w) Fruit Street <br /> <br /> On both sides, between French Street and Grand Avenue, <br /> 40 feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey <br /> centerline. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and <br />after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
