ORDINANCE NO.I~$-~ AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />A~NA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />A~ENDME~T APPLICATION NO. ~04 ~O ~ENDING SECTIONAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 304, initiated by said <br />Commission and recommended the changes in District Classification <br />hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the City Council has ~ly held apublic hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment and that the <br />uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Sm ta Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, b~unded as follows: <br /> <br /> That area bounded on the south by Edifier Street, on the <br /> west by Bristol Street, on the east by an alley approxi- <br /> mately l?~ feet east of Bristol Street, a~d on the nc~th <br /> by a line 331 feet north of the centerline of Edinger <br /> Street (Lot 124 through Lot 1280 of Tract l~l~), <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the C District to the C-1-PK District <br />and Sectional District H~ 24-~-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
