ORDINANCE NO.' 'N$-~38 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO 'CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON <br />AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 305 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT MAP 16-~-I0 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and <br />duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 305 filed <br />by JA~ES M. GOTAMO and has recommended the changes hereinbelow <br />set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has duly held a public hearing on <br />Notice and does now find that public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the sur- <br />rounding property; <br /> <br /> NOW, ~tEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California bounded as follows: <br /> <br /> Located on the Southeast Corner of Bolsa Avenue <br /> and Verano Street measured South from the inter- <br /> section along Verano Street approximately 630 <br /> feet and measured from the intersection along <br /> Bolsa Avenue Easterly approximately 630 feet, ex- <br /> cepting the co~ner with l?O feet measured along <br /> Bolsa Avenue and 180 feet measured along Verano <br /> Street, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the~,t~-~A-1 Districts to the <br />C-1-PK District and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby <br />amended to show said reclassification. <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after <br />the date of its adoption. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of March , <br /> <br />196o. <br /> <br /> <br />
