ORDINANCE NO. N~.l!l:~ ESTABLISHING FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY <br />LINES ALONG MEMORY LA~TE AND GARDEN GROVE BOULEVARD BETW~N <br />FLOWER STR~.ET AND THE WEST CITY LINITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council adopted Resolution No. 60- <br />18, declaring intention to establish future right of way lines as <br />herein set out, giving notice of public hearing to be held by March <br />y, 1960, regularly held said hearing and determined that future right <br />of way lines should be established as recommended by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~d~TA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby finds and declares <br />that the public safety, health and general welfare require the es- <br />tablishment of building setback lines, as herein set out and, there- <br />fore, Section 9250.1 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code is hereby <br />~Lmended by adding thereto a new subparagraph to be designated (aa), <br />in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> (aa) Memory Lane and Garden Grove Boulevard <br /> <br /> From Flower Street to the West corporate limits <br /> (approximately 130 feet West of the centerline <br /> of Townley Street) measured 50 feet from and at <br /> right angles to the survey centerline. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
