ORDINANCE NO. NS-~3 ORDERING AND PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECt0 BE HELD IN CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIG- <br />NATED "BERRYDALE AND TRASK N. E. .qNNEX" ON ~MAY 10, 1960, <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS OF SAID TERRI- <br />TORY THE QUESTION OF ANNEXATION TO THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, all of the steps necessary for the ini~ta- <br />ation of annexation proceedings under the Annexation Act of 1913 have <br />been completed as required by law; the City Council held a protest <br />hearing on March 7, 1960, and found and declared that a majority <br /> <br />protest had not been made against 'an election <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TttE <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That a special election <br />ordered to be held on the 10th day of ~ay, <br /> <br />and said anne~atisn. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />is hereby called and <br /> <br /> 1960, in that certain <br /> <br />territory designated "Berrydale and Trask N. E. Annex'T, which said <br />name was heretofore designated and is hereby declared to be the <br />official name of said territory, and the name by whic~ said terri- <br />tory shall be indicated upon the election ballots at said election. <br />Said territory lies in the County of Orange, State of California, <br />and is described as: <br /> <br /> <br />
