NS-444 REDUCING THE PRIMA FACIE SPEED <br />LIMIT ON PORTION OF GREENVILLE STREET BETWEEN EDINGER <br />STREET AND DELHI ROAD <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and <br />Council determination, and under the authority contained in Section <br />22358 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Subsection (Q) <br />of Section 3280 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code is rescinded. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
