NS-~A5 ESTABLISHING FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY <br />LINES ALONG P~TIoNS'0F McFADDEN AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council ado~ ed Resolution <br />No. 60-30 declaring intention to establish future right of way <br /> <br />lines as herein set out, giving notice of public hearing to be <br />held March 21, 1960, regularly h®l~ said hearing and determined <br /> <br />that said lines should be established, as recommended by the <br /> <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA~ TA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. T~at the City Council hereby finds and declares <br /> <br />that the public safety, health a~d general welfare require the <br /> <br />establishment of building setback lines as herein set out, and <br /> <br />therefore, Section 9250.1 of the S~ ta Ara Municipal Code is here- <br /> <br />by amended by adding thereto a new $~oparagraph to be designated <br /> <br />(bb) in words Md figures as follows: <br /> <br />(bb) McFadden Avenue <br /> <br /> Between the Santa Ana River and Fairview Street, <br />on both sides, measured 42 feet from and at right angles <br />to the survey center line. <br /> <br /> Between Fairview Street and Clara Street, on the <br />North side, measured 54 feet from and at right angles to <br />the survey center line. <br /> <br /> Between Fairview Street and Clara Street, on the <br />South side, measured 30 feet from and at right angles to <br />the survey center line. <br /> <br /> Between Clara Street and a point 211 feet East of <br />the center line of Clara Street, on the North side, be- <br />ginning at a point on the center line of Clara Street 54 <br />feet North of the center line of McFadden Avenue and ex- <br />tending Easterly to a point 42 feet North of the center <br />line of McFadden Avenue and 211 feet East of the center <br />line of Clara Street; and on the South side beginning <br />at a point on the center line of Clara Street 30 feet <br />South of the center line of McFadden Avenue and extending <br />Easterly to a point 211 feet East of the center line of <br />Clara Street and 42 feet South of the center line of <br />McFadden Avenue. <br /> <br /> Between Broadway and a point 211 feet East of the <br />center line of Clara Street, on both sides measured 42 <br />feet from and at right angles to the survey center line <br />of McFadden Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
