ORDINANCE NO. NS-kb7 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- <br />FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 309 AND ~ENDING <br />SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 11-5-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing, <br /> <br />on notice, on Amendment Application NO. 309 filed by Greschner- <br /> <br />Rabec, a partnership, and has recommended the changes hereinbelow <br /> <br />set out; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council duly held a public hearing on <br /> <br />notice, and does now find that public necessity, convenience and <br /> <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses <br /> <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround- <br /> <br />lng property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Easterly two hundred and ten feet (210 ft) of the land <br />described as beginning at a point in the center line of First <br />Street in the City of Santa Aha, which said pOint is distant <br />Easterly, measured along said center line 410.56 feet from <br />the intersection of said center line of First Street with <br />the center line of Sullivan Street and running thence from <br />said point of beginning Northerly, parallel with said center <br />line of Sullivan Street, 602.32 feet to a point in the South <br />line of that certain tract of land described in Deed to Ernest <br />C. Amling and Paul F. Amling, recorded in Book 393, Page 90 <br />of Deeds, Orange County, California, said South line being <br />the Westerly extension of the center line of Third Street in <br />the City of Santa Aha, thence Easterly along said extension <br />of the center line of Third Street 1054.00 feet to a point, <br />being the Northwest corner of a certain tract of land des- <br />cribed as Parcel 1 in the deed to Evelyn M. Trueblood and <br />Benjamin H. Trueblood, husband and wife, recorded on April <br />29, 1956, in Book 1332, Page 410 of Official Records; thence <br />Southerly, parallel with the center line of Sullivan Street <br />and along the Westerly line of the tract so conveyed to <br />Evelyn M. Trueblood and Benjamin H. Trueblood, 602.32 feet <br />to a point in the center line of First Street; thence West- <br />erly along the center line of First Street, 1054.00 feet, <br />to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the M-1 District to the C-2-PK District, <br /> <br />and Sectional Map 11-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassifi- <br /> <br />cation. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from <br /> <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
