ORDINANCE NO. NS-kb7 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 309 AND ~ENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 11-5-10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing, on notice, on Amendment Application NO. 309 filed by Greschner- Rabec, a partnership, and has recommended the changes hereinbelow set out; and WHEREAS, the City Council duly held a public hearing on notice, and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround- lng property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The Easterly two hundred and ten feet (210 ft) of the land described as beginning at a point in the center line of First Street in the City of Santa Aha, which said pOint is distant Easterly, measured along said center line 410.56 feet from the intersection of said center line of First Street with the center line of Sullivan Street and running thence from said point of beginning Northerly, parallel with said center line of Sullivan Street, 602.32 feet to a point in the South line of that certain tract of land described in Deed to Ernest C. Amling and Paul F. Amling, recorded in Book 393, Page 90 of Deeds, Orange County, California, said South line being the Westerly extension of the center line of Third Street in the City of Santa Aha, thence Easterly along said extension of the center line of Third Street 1054.00 feet to a point, being the Northwest corner of a certain tract of land des- cribed as Parcel 1 in the deed to Evelyn M. Trueblood and Benjamin H. Trueblood, husband and wife, recorded on April 29, 1956, in Book 1332, Page 410 of Official Records; thence Southerly, parallel with the center line of Sullivan Street and along the Westerly line of the tract so conveyed to Evelyn M. Trueblood and Benjamin H. Trueblood, 602.32 feet to a point in the center line of First Street; thence West- erly along the center line of First Street, 1054.00 feet, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the M-1 District to the C-2-PK District, and Sectional Map 11-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassifi- cation. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
