Annex" be annexed to the ( NO ~ ) <br /> City of Santa Ana? ( : ) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said election was regularly held on the 10th day of <br /> <br />1960, and the ballots of said election presented the following <br /> <br />and on the 16th day of May, 1960, at the next regular meeting of said <br />City Council occurring more than three days after said election, said <br />city council did meet and canvass the returns of said election. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That upon the completion of the canvass of said returns <br />the following results were determined and entered in the minutes of <br />said meeting~ showing the results of said election in the one voting <br /> <br />precinct, as follows: <br /> <br /> VOTING "YES" "NO" <br /> PRECINCT VOTES VOTES <br /> No. 1 97 ll <br /> <br />TOTAL <br />VOTES <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That it is hereby declared that a majority of the votes <br /> <br />cast at said Special Municipal Election on the question of annexation <br /> <br />were cast for the annexation, and that the territory designated <br /> <br />"Berrydale and Trask N.E. Annex", which was and is contiguous to the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana, in the State of California, and was and is <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of a line which is parallel with <br />and 20.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the <br />center line of Trask Avenue, and the East line of the West <br />half of the Northwest quarter of Section 2, Township 5 South, <br />Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said point <br />of beginning being a point on the City boundary of the City <br />of Santa Aha, California, thence Northerly along said East <br />line of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 2 <br />to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 25 in Tract No. 2519 as <br />shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 79, pages 20 and 21 <br />of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California; <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
