ORDINANCE NO. }~S-~ AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 305, AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10 AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. NS-438 WHEREAS, after notice, hearing and recommendation by the Planning Co,~u~,ission on Application No. 305, filed by J~a~s~,~.Go~9~ the City Council adopted Ordinance No. NS-438 changing district classification, and in so doing used an inaccurate property descrip- tion which should now be corrected; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of Section 16, Town- ship 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, which is 200 feet East of the common section corner of Sec- tions 8, 9, 16 and 17 and 30 feet South of the North line of said Section 16; thence East 460 feet; thence South to a point which is ~6~ feet South of the center line of First Street (Bolsa); thence West approximately 630 feet to the Easterly line of Verano Street; thence North along the East- erly line of Verano Street to a point which is 210 feet South of the North line of said Section 16; thence East 170 feet; thence North to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the C-2 PK and A-1 Districts to the C-1-PK District and Sectional . District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. NS-438 is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
