ORDINANCE NO. NS-458 INCREASING <br />THE PRIMA FACIE SPE~Eb LIMIT ON <br />PORTIONS 0FWESTMINSTER AVENUE <br />(SEVENTEENTH STREET) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey <br /> <br />and Council determination, and under authority contained in Sec- <br /> <br />tions 22357 and 22358 of the Vehicle Code of the State of Calif- <br /> <br />ornia, Subsection "(aa)" of Section 3280 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br /> <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed <br />greater than 40 miles per hour on the portions <br />of Westminster Avenue between Verano Street <br />and a point 264o feet West of the centerlins <br />of Berrydale Street within the City Limits of <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
