ORDINANCE NO. NS-~63 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 313 <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 8-5-9 (EXHIBIT <br />313 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br /> <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 313 initiated by <br />said Commission, and recommended the changes in District classifi- <br />cation hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the <br />use under the new classificatio~ will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, bounded as follows: <br /> <br /> Bounded on the East by a line approximately 200 feet <br /> West of the center line of Wright Street, on the North <br /> by the South line of Tracts 1630 and 1411, on the West <br /> by a line approximately 250 feet East of the center line <br /> of McClay Street, and on the Southby a line approxi- <br /> mately 150 feet North of First Street, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-2 and R-2 B <br />Districts as shown on Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit 313 A), <br />and said Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended as corrected <br />to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br /> <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of September , 1960. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
