to the City the connection for the rendering of such temporary <br />service shall be terminated within ten days of the date the <br />annexation proceedings are terminated, and that this termination <br />of service shall be accomplished by a physical disconnection <br />and severance of the lines connecting said land to City water <br />mains and/or sewerage lines. Any service connection provided <br />for under the provisions of this Section and Section 7504 are <br />expressly understood to be temporary and to depend upon the <br />completion of the annexation proceedings then pending, and <br />said agreement shall so state. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
