NS~457 <br /> RELATING TO FLY CONTROL Ai~D PROTECTION OF <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 5, 1960, the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana adopted Ordinance No. NS-457 adding Chapter 5, Part i to <br />Article V of the Santa Aha Municipal Code relating to the Fly <br />Control and Protection of Public Health; and <br /> <br /> W~-IEREAS, the Chapter numbered 5 and Sections numbered <br /> <br />5500 to 5508, inclusive, were so numbered and designated in error; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 5, entitled "Pest Control", of said <br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-457 be corrected and designated as Chapter 6, "Pest <br /> <br />Control". <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That Sections designated as 5500 to 5508, inclusive, <br /> <br />be changed, corrected and numbered as Sections 5600 to 5608, inclusive. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
