ORDINANCE NO. NS-h?1 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTAANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 317 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 14-5-10 (EXHIBIT 317-A) WHEREAS, Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 317 initiated by said Commission, and recommended the changes in District classifi- cation hereinbelow set out; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, bounded as follows: On the North by the South line of McFadden Avenue; on the West by the East line of Clara Street; on the South by the South line of Section 14; and on the West by a line, parallel to and 176 feet East of the West line of Section 14, running North from the South line of Section 14 to a point 181 feet South of the center line of McFadden Avenue, thence West to ~ point 106 feet East of the West line of Section 14, thence North to McFadden Avenue, is hereby reclassified frc~ the R-1 District to the R-2 District as shown on Sectional District Map 14-5-10 (Exhibit 317 A), and said Sectional District Map is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the .
