ORDINANCE NO. NS-~7~ ~NDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON ~vIENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 315 AND AMENDING <br />SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 15-5-10 (EXHIBIT 315-B) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 315 was filed by McFadden <br />~, and said Amendment Application requested a modification of <br />Sectional District Map No. 15-5-10 in accordance with Exhibit 315-A; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, Amendment Application No. 315 was modified by the <br />Planning Commission in accordance with Exhibit 315-B, and said <br />modification of the Amendment Application No. 315 initiated by the <br />Planning Commission included the modification requested by McFadden <br />Homes in accordance with Exhibit 315-A; and <br /> <br /> W~REAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 315 as modified, <br />and recommended the changes in District classifications hereinbelow <br />set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br />under tne new classification will not be detrimental to the sur- <br />rounding property. <br /> <br />NOW, ~HEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES OP~AI~: AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTIO~ 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the centerline of Sullivan <br />Street located approximately 1320 feet Northerly of the <br />intersection with the centerline of McFadden Avenue; <br />thence Westerly along a line parallel to the centerline <br />of ~lcFadden Avenue for a distance of approximately 1310 <br />feet; thence Southerly alonga line parallel to the center- <br />line of Sullivan Street for a distance of approximately <br />1320 feet to the centerline of McFadden Avenue; thence <br />Easterly and continuing along the centerline of McFadden <br />Avenue to a point where the centerline of said McFadden <br />Avenue intersects with the centerline of Sullivan Street; <br />thence Northerly along the centerline of Sullivan Street <br />to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
