ORDINANCE NO. NS-~76 ~ENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA <br />ANA M~qICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS <br />ON ~ENDi4ENT APPLICATION NO. 321 AND AMENDING SECTIONAL <br />DISTRICT £'~P 12-5-10 (~[HIBIT 321-A) <br /> <br />~EREAS, Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held <br /> <br />a public hearing on Amendment Aoplication No. 321, i~ni~t~a~ed by said <br />Commission, and reco~ended the changes in District classifications <br />hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br /> <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br /> <br />under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surround- <br /> <br />lng property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. ~fhat the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the centerline of Durant Street <br />located approximately 160 feet South of the centerline of <br />Seventeenth Street; thence Easterly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the centerline of Seventeenth Street for a distance <br />of approximately 216 feet; thence Southerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to~e centerline of Broadway for a <br />distance of approximately 14 feet; thence Easterly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the centerline of Seventeenth Street <br />to a point located approximately 134 feet Easterly from the <br />centerline of Sycamore Street; thence Southerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the centerline of Sycamore Street to <br />the centerline of Fifteenth Street; thence Easterly along the <br />centerline of Fifteenth Street for a distance of approximately <br />12 feet; thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the centerline of Sycamore Street to the centerline of <br />Washington Avenue; thence Westerly along the centerline of <br />Washington Avenue ho a point where the centerline of Washington <br />Avenue intersects the centerline of Sycamore Street; thence <br />Southerly along the centerline of Sycamore Street to a point <br />where the centerline of Sycamore Street intersects the center- <br />line of Tenth Street; thence Westerly along the centerline of <br />Tenth Street to a point located approximately 120 feet Easterly <br />from the point where the centerline of Riverine Avenue inter- <br />sects the centerline of Tenth Street; thence Northerly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the centerline of Riverine Avenue <br />for a distance of approximately 75 feet; thence Easterly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the centerline of Tenth Street <br />for a distance of approximately 60 feet; thence Northerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the centerline of Broadway to the <br />centerline of Halesworth Street; thence Westerly along the center- <br />line of Halesworth Street for a distance of approximately 76 <br />feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel to the centerline <br />of Broadway to a point where said line intersects the centerline <br />of Washington Avenue; thence Westerly along the centerline of <br />Washington Avenue to a point where the centerline of Washington <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
