AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- <br />FICATION ON ~IENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 322 AND ~ENDING <br />SECTIONAL DISTRICT i,~P 2-5-10 (EXHIBIT 322-A) <br /> <br />~-HEREAS, Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br /> <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 322, initiated <br /> <br />by said Commission, and recommended the changes in District <br /> <br />classification hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly~eld a public hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the <br />use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property in the city of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the centerline of Berrydale <br />Street located along said centerline for a distance of <br />approximately 1050.90 faetNorth of the centerline of <br />Seventeenth Street; thence Easterly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the centerline of Seventeenth <br />Street a~dat a distanceof approximately 1050.90 feet North <br />of said centerline for a distance of approximately <br />d59.49 feet from the centerline of Berrydale Street; <br />thence N6rtherly along a line approximately parallel <br />witn the centerline of Berrydale Street for a distance <br />of approximately 27~ feet; thence Westerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the centerline of Seventeenth <br />Street for a distance of approximately 8~9.49 feet to the <br />centerline of Berrydale Street; thence Southerly along <br />the centerline of Berrydale Street to the point of <br />beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the C-1 District to the ~-1 District <br /> <br />as shown on Sectional District [~lap 2-5-10 (Exhibit 322-A), and <br /> <br />said Sectional District Map is hereby amended to show said <br /> <br />reclassification. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
