Kilroy, and recommended the changes in District <br />classification hereinbelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing <br /> <br />on said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare requires the following amen~nent, and that the <br /> <br /> use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br />NO¥~, £HEREFORE, THE Ci~£Y COULICIL OF THE CI~i'Y <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN AS £OLLO?~S: <br /> <br />SEC'~ION 1. '£q~at the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point Where the Easterly boundary of the <br />Santa Ana River intersects the Northerly boundary of a <br />Westerly prolongation of the Westerly extension of Harvard <br />Street, per tentative Tract ~,iap No. 3561; thence Easterly <br />along the Northerly boundary of a Westerly prolongation of <br />the Westerly extension of said Harvard Street for a distance <br />of approximately 2000 feet more or less; thence Northerly <br />along a line located approximately at a 90° angle to the <br />Westerly extension of said Harvard Street, per tentative <br />Tract ~4ap No. 35~1, for a distance of 962.3 feet more or <br />less; thence ~[esterly along a line approxJnnately parallel <br />to the boundary of the ~esterly extension of Harvard Street <br />for a distance of 1~10.5 feet more or less to the Easterly <br />boundary of the Santa Ana River; thence Southwesterly and <br />continuing along said Easterly boundary of the Santa Aha <br />River to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the ~1 District to the M1 District as <br /> <br />shown on Sectional District _dap 22-~-10 (Exhibit 325 A), and said <br /> <br />Sectional District ~4ap is hereby sm~ended to show said reclassifi- <br /> <br />cation. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. ~his Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br /> <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
