NS-$8~ RE~JCING PRIMA FACIE SPE~D <br /> L~ ON SANTA CLARA BETWEE~ ITs INTERSECTION WITH <br /> NORTH OL1TE LANE AND HOS~U~OOD AVENUE TO 25 MILES PER <br /> HOUR <br /> <br /> WHEHEAS, heretofore the City Council established a speed limit of <br /> <br />35 miles per hour on Santa Clara between its intersection with North Olive <br /> <br />Lane and Rosewood Avenue; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the area between North Olive Lane and Rosewood Avenue has <br /> <br />now been developed with a number of hOmes fronting on Santa Clara to establish <br /> <br />a California Vehicle Code residence District. <br /> <br /> NOW, THE?J~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ~NA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1.
