ORDINANCE NO. NS-&86 REDUCING THE <br /> PRIMA FACIE SF~D LIMIT ON PORTIONS OF <br /> BOLSA AVkNUE BETWEF~ HARBOR BOULEVARD <br /> AND TOWNSEND STREET <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That after an engineering and traffic survey and Council <br /> <br />determination, and under authority contained in Sections 22357 and 22358 of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California, Subsection (k) of Section 3280 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "No person shall drive a vehicle at a soeed , <br /> gre~er than 35 miles per ho~r ~$olR~I~a ~ <br /> Avem~ between Townsend Street and Harbor <br /> Boulevard." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
