ORDINANCE NO. N~-~67 AMENDING A~TICLE IX OF THE <br />SARMA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- <br />FICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 328 AND AMENDIIqG <br />SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 7-5-9 (EXHIBIT 328 B) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held e public hearing on Amendment Application No. 328, initiated by <br />G. Howard Robertshaw, and recommended the changes in District classi- <br />fication hereiubelow set out; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br />and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAiqTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> S~CTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County Of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 80 feet of that portion of Lot 16 of <br /> East Side Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a map <br /> recorded in Book 1, Page 21, of Miscellaneous Maps, <br /> County of Orange, California, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-3 District to the C-1 District as <br />shown on Sectional District Map 7-5-9 (Exhibit 328 B), and said <br />Sectional District Map is hereby amended to show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
