North 37° 44' 45" East along said North line a distance of 158 feet, more or less, to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 950.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 27° 27' 16" an arc distance of 455.21 feet to the beginning of a tangent reverse curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 1050.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said reverse curve an arc distance of 152 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection of said reverse curve with the Northerly extension of a line which is 203 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from and parallel with the East line of said Lot 10; thence South 1° 0'3' 20" East along last mentioned parallel line a distance of 1401 feet, more or less, to the true point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Aha and to Ward No. 4 in said City, and said annexation is by this Ordinance effected, approved and declared. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
