This is an Ordinance necessary to the General ~d~ni- cipal Election to be held April 4, 19&l; the sole purpose of this Ordinance is to change the Ward lines to establish Wards for the holding of said election; and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect upon the date of its publication.
