IX OF WE <br />SA~A ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSI- <br />FICATION ON AMENDs%LENT APPLICATION NO. 345 AND <br />A/~ENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAPS 27-5-10 AND 34-5-10 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 345 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 345, initiated by <br />said Commission, for a change of District classification from the <br /> <br />R-1 District to the M-1 District, and said Commission has recommended <br />approval of said Amendment Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following Amendment and that the uses <br />under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround- <br />ing property. <br /> <br />ORDAIN <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1.
