ORDINANCE NO. NS-513 ~iENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE <br />SAI~£A ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 346 <br />AND ~4ENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 4-5-9 <br />(EXHIBIT AA 346 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 346, initiated by <br />said Commission, for a change of District classification from the <br /> <br />A-1 District to the C-1 District, and said Commission has recommended <br />approval of said Amendment Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendment and that the use under <br />the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Lenita Lane <br />located approximately 424.5 feet Easterly from the center <br />line of Old Tustin Road; thence Northerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Ponderosa <br />Street for a distance of 2St.1 feet, more or less; thence <br />Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 424.5 feet, <br />more or less, to the center line of Old Tustin Road; thence <br />Southerly along the center line of Old Tustin Road 1,412 <br />feet to the point where the center line of Old Tustin Road <br />intersects the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence <br />Easterly along the center line of Seventeenth Street for a <br />distance of 458 feet, more or less, to a point where the <br />center line of Seventeenth Street intersects the center <br />line of Tustin Avenue; thence Northwesterly along the <br />center line of Tustin Avenue to a point located 381.1 feet, <br />more or less, Southerly from the center line of Lenita Lane; <br />thence Easterly along the line approximately parallel with <br />the center line of Lenita Lane for a distance of 199.4 feet, <br />more or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Ponderosa Street for a dis- <br />tance of 3S1.1 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-1 District and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
